Jessica Annand

As an accomplished vinyasa yoga instructor with over a decade of experience, Jessica seamlessly blends her passion for anatomy and music into her teaching style. Her classes are a harmonious fusion of body awareness, fluid movements, and rhythmic sequences, drawing from various modalities to cater to diverse student needs. She intricately weaves wisdom into her instructions, fostering a deeper connection between mind, body, and breath for her students.

Tara Burke

Coming to Eugene from Chicago, Tara's first yoga class was as a senior in highschool. Tara teaches yoga because they believe life can move so quickly nowadays, and the importance of slowing down and noticing our body is a radical gift. They have been practicing since 2005 and teaching since 2011 offering a combined total of 18+ years as well as thousands of hours in training across styles. Their favorite practice of Hatha-Vinyasa blend allows for dynamic movement flows alongside precisional alignment. When practicing Tara loves listening to anything lo-fi, East Forest, or neo soul. They love weaving astrological, practical magic and intentional themes throughout their classes to offer something off the mat and into the world.

Tammy Chan

Tammy came to yoga as a way to find more balance in her life & to heal an ongoing injury from years of athletic wear & tear as a former competitive gymnast & distance runner. After graduate school & working in mental health, she decided to train under & complete her 200-RYT with internationally celebrated yoga teacher, Tiffany Cruikshank. Tammy loves all types of yoga but is most passionate about teaching vinyasa yoga with a focus on healing the body through myofascial release. In her classes, Tammy helps create a whole body experience where she calms the mind & releases tension in the body with breath work while creating balance through her classes. Tammy focuses on human anatomy, seamlessly blending strength & recovery focused exercises in her sequencing. As both a student and teacher of yoga, Tammy is committed to sharing the incredible benefits of yoga with as many individuals as possible.

Jessica Williams

With over a decade of dedicated teaching experience, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and anatomy based groundwork to each class. Beyond her foundational 200 hour training, she has devoted more than an additional 300 hours to specialized education, including Yoga for Mental Health & Wellness, Yoga for Athletes, Chinese Medicine, Myofascial Release and a variety of Anatomy and Dysfunction trainings. Jessica is passionate about creating an immersive experience for students, emphasizing the importance of presence on the mat and the power of yoga to cultivate a harmonious connection between mind, breath and body.

Mary Fiedler

Meet Mary! As a licensed massage therapist for 8yrs, she discovered Sculpt as a medium to empower and encourage individuals to take an active role in shaping their well being. Through conscious movement and breath, we are reminded of our ability to tap into our innate capacity to reveal, transform and shift ourselves. With her kinesthetic awareness and continued fascination of the human body and spirit, she brings an uplifting and lively attitude to the mat.

Gabe Hawkins

Hi, I’m Gabe! I teach Sculpt here at Glow, and I’m a student at the University of Oregon. I hope to connect everyone, including students like myself to their best fitness potential. My goal is to create a fun and refreshing environment in my classes that will help people fall in love with working out, as well as getting a good sweat in. I love helping people find a workout that they love and crave to do; especially when it’s hard due to a busy and stressful daily schedule. I want to create a welcoming space where everyone can go at their own pace and style.

Eva Camacho

While originally from New Mexico, Eva has grown up in Eugene for most of her life. She honed her skills in the Midwest, where she spent three years dedicated to group fitness instruction and earned her barre, sculpt and 200-hour Yoga Alliance certifications. After moving to Eugene in August 2022, she is still on a path to inspire and uplift students through many forms of movement. You can expect Karoline’s method of instruction to be infused with an unwavering commitment to pushing students beyond their limits. Her classes transcend mere workouts; they're journeys to uncover your true potential.

At 15 years old, Melissa fell in love with Pilates. She is eager to share her knowledge and passion. Her classes infuse her love for this practice while adding a little Latina spice to her energy.

Shely Rose Wright

Shely Rose is a 200hr yoga instructor, comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, reiki practitioner and certified herbalist. Her journey began with dance as a way of connecting to herself and making sense of the world around her. In this exploration she discovered movement on the mat as a way of listening to the world within. Now she holds space for others to do the same. Shely Rose is passionate about the interplay between proper alignment, exploring the edge of movement, moving mindfully and listening within. When she’s not on the mat you can find Shely Rose exploring nature, crafting or cuddling with her cat Luna.

Valerie Ponce

My name is Valerie Ponce, I’m one of the Sculpt instructors here at Glow. As a new teacher I’m thrilled to connect with a community of people who show up to take care of themselves. Practicing the connection of mind, body, and soul is ultimately why I’m inspired to teach. I love sculpting because the workout not only challenges your physical strength but also your mental grit. No matter what you’re bringing into the studio you can expect to leave feeling accomplished, grounded, and certainly sweaty. I look forward to meeting you in the studio!

Sarah Bowden

Naturally strong but notoriously unathletic, 10 years ago I discovered yoga, a practice that balanced both strength and grace. Lucky to find a home at Glow (back in the Hard Core Yoga days) I jumped at the chance to receive my 200 hour yoga teaching certification. Whether I’m challenging students with kettlebells or moving through a sweaty rhythmic Power Flow sprinkled with arm balances and inversions, the beauty of yoga is the opportunity to offer students options to open the door to make each practice their own… And of course a playlist that includes more than a couple of my most favorite throwbacks to keep you moving right along.

Madison Tilley

My name is Madison Tilley, I’m a 200-hr registered yoga instructor from Boulder, Colorado. Yoga has ultimately shaped my perspective on life as a whole and it is my passion to share it with my community. The practice of yoga is all about letting go of attachment and exploring the mind-body connection, it is always my number one goal to create a safe and nurturing environment to do so. My classes will focus on proper alignment and mindful transitions so you can get the most out of your practice! I look forward to seeing you in the studio to tap into the transformative power of yoga together!

Lindsay Glugatch

Hi! My name is Lindsay Glugatch. I completed my yoga sculpt training in Santa Barbara, California before moving to Oregon. While completing my doctoral degree at University of Oregon, yoga helped me maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle while practicing being present. Yoga has provided me with a strong and supportive community and a place to truly let go. I love adding on to traditional yoga poses with some strength and heat. Can’t wait to sweat it out with you in yoga sculpt!

Ellie Wiltshire

My name is Ellie, I am sculpt yoga instructor and sports dietitian from the East Coast of Australia. When I first started yoga, I was completely drawn into the practice as a moving meditation, and way to tune in to my body through movement. I love the integration of strength, endurance, presence and FUN that comes with a sweaty sculpt practice, and feel grateful to share that with our community at Glow.
