Client Policies
To ensure our studio functions well and provides the best experience for our community, we ask that all clients adhere to the following policies. Please read them carefully before arriving for class.
BOOKING
Pre booking your class via Mindbody is highly recommended to ensure you will have a spot in class.
CLASS CHECK IN
Clients are responsible for checking themselves in for class on the IPad at the front desk. Upon arrival, check the box next to your name on the schedule to ensure your attendance has been recorded. Failure to check in can result in a no-show fee so this is important!
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of class so you have time to put your things away, get your props, and settle into your spot for class. We are committed to respecting our client’s schedules by starting and ending classes on time. It is difficult for the instructor to start class on time if everyone isn’t ready and on their mat at the time we are supposed to begin. It is also disruptive if clients come in after the start of class, especially because the first few minutes of class are dedicated to intention setting and preparing for the practice. Please do not enter the studio if class has begun. Similarly, leaving class early is disruptive and should be avoided. Again, we are committed to starting and ending class on time…please make sure you can stay for the entire class if you are attending.
INJURY POLICY
If you have an active injury that will impact your physical capability or you are pregnant, please disclose this to the instructor prior to class.
Heated Classes
Heated classes come with inherent risks due to the intense nature of the activity. Participants acknowledge that the institution organizing these classes is not liable for any injuries sustained during or after participation.
CANCELATION POLICY
Many of our classes are at 100% capacity with a waitlist. To allow as many people as possible to attend class, we have a 4 hour cancellation window. Please cancel your reservation at least 4 hours before class begins. If you are signed up for an early morning class this still applies, so please cancel the night before if you cannot attend. There is a $10 late cancellation/no show fee for reservations that are not canceled in time. If you are a class pass holder, the same policy applies. You will not lose a class.
CELL PHONES
The studio is a space designed to escape the stresses of life. Please make sure your cell phone is silenced and not on vibrate during class.
PURCHASES
Our company operates under a strict CC on file policy, requiring a valid credit card to be securely stored for any ongoing or potential charges. This policy ensures seamless transactions and enables prompt service delivery without interruption. No refunds on any class passes or membership purchases. Class passes are not able to be shared with other clients and must be kept within one account. All class passes have a 1 year expiration date and will only be extended for medical purposes. Retail items can be returned for studio credit as long as tags are still present and items are in their original condition.
MEMBERSHIP + Contract TERMS
Monthly Unlimited Memberships are available (without contract) to purchase but do not auto renew each month. Monthly Unlimited Contracts are available for purchase with a 3 month minimum commitment. You must meet the 3 month requirement before cancelling. If you wish to cancel within the 3 month commitment, you are obligated to complete the requirement and can cancel once the 3 month commitment has been met. Memberships and Contracts cannot be “paused”, and both require 30 days notice before cancelling. To cancel, email Chelsea@yogaeugene.com with the date you want your membership or contract to stop. If you have a discounted rate (founding membership, sale price, etc) you will lose that discount if the membership or contract is canceled.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
If classes are canceled due to weather or an emergency, clients will get an email notification and the class will show as canceled on the schedule.
PROP USE
Glow will provide all props (straps, blocks, bolsters, kettlebells, bands, hand weights) needed for classes at no extra charge, including yoga mats. You are welcome to bring any of your own props to the studio. Please clean your mat after use, roll it up neatly, and place it back in the basket. All other props should be returned the way they were found after use.
We want you to have the best experience possible at Glow. If there is ever an issue with your time at the studio, or you have any feedback that would help us improve please let us know by emailing chelsea@yogaeugene.com.
