With a new year ahead we have the opportunity to build a strong foundation in our mind and body. Join Brandy as she breaks down the basics of our yoga practice at a gentle pace to learn the foundational poses and the benefits of each pose for our body. A beginners guide to meditation will also be offered. Once we have covered these, we will apply them in a grace filled flow together. Whether you've been practicing for years or are curios to try yoga, this workshop is for you.
