We all get off our routines in the Summer, so each Fall we commit to 16 classes in 4 weeks to reset our habits and take care of our bodies and minds. You'll track your classes with a sticker chart, and everyone who completes the challenge is entered to win a month unlimited membership at Glow! We'll also be sending you accountability check ins, healthy Fall recipes, and other bonus content to keep you motivated
