This comprehensive training taught by Karoline Wiens and Chelsea Duke will give you everything you need to teach a Sculpt class, or simply deepen & grow your own personal practice.
Training will include:
-Our full signature Sculpt sequence including warm up, flow, weighted flow, cardio bursts, and cool down.
-A comprehensive manual with photos.
-Detailed alignment and variations for all signature Sculpt postures and transitions.
-How to guide students through breath work, intention setting, and mindfulness in their practice.
-Critical anatomy and physiology to keep students safe and healthy in their movement choices.
-Assisting through verbal cues and physical assists.
-How to create your own class using the foundation of our signature sequence.
-Curating a playlist, communicating with students, marketing yourself as an instructor to the community.

$799 for full training program, manual, and certificate of completion.

Payment plan option for remaining balance in 2 installments:
-First payment of $274.50 paid at the start of training on Sunday October 22, 2023.
